Are your servers Linux-based, or Windows?

All our servers run on Linux operating systems. For the shared ones, we offer the only commercial version of Linux OS CloudLinux® based on the Centos, which was essentially made to isolate the hosting accounts from being infected in case of a virus or a malware threat. Interestingly, we also plan to offer Windows hosting plans in the future. Please subscribe to our newsletter if you’re interested in our future Windows plans.

Do you include sales tax (VAT) in my invoices?

All our plans are free of VAT except if you’re from Morocco, since we’re located in this country. In this case, we include a VAT @ 20% of your order in your invoice. Can I host adult contents on my website?

Absolutely Not. All kinds of adult contents are strictly not allowed on all our servers including shared servers, virtual private servers (VPS), and dedicated servers as well. We have zero tolerance regarding this kind of contents. In this regard, we run servers audits every 3 months to check and see if you actually comply with our TOS, and if we happen to find adult contents we will suspend all your accounts and will not refund your money. So please read carefully through our terms of service.

Can I host multiple domain names or websites with my hosting account?

Absolutely. You can host unlimited numbers of domain names, but with only our Enterprise hosting Plan. However, if you have domains inferior to 10, you can order our Business Plan. If you have just got a website started, you can order our Starter Plan and save money. Upgrade anytime if you need more features and power.

Can I upgrade after signing up to a greater hosting plan?

Yes. You can always upgrade or downgrade your hosting account  anytime after you sign up for a shared hosting account. To do this, you need to log in first to your client area, then go to your service and check the settings; you will find an upgrade/downgrade button, follow the steps you will see. If you choose a greater plan, you will be redirected to pay the outstanding balance to increase your hosting plan, otherwise you will get a credit to your balance to pay any future invoice.
